About Your Trainer

Hello, I'm Chris Hallett, Certified Trainer of Hypnosis and Certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). 

I discovered Hypnosis in 2011 when my career took a massive nosedive. I helped clients overcome habits, fears and achieve very specific goals using both NLP & Hypnosis.

This brand new live training is all about you though, and how you can use self-hypnosis to relax, sleep and meditate.

We live in a very stressful age and the start point for this is to show you how hypnosis, above any other tool can help you relax and live stress free,

I'll also teach you the background of how the mind works, the history of hypnosis and the stages of trance you can experience.

How Does It Work?

This is an introductory Live class, run on Zoom by me and in accordance with the guidelines and codes of practice of The American Board of Hypnotherapy.

I will personally give you the background knowledge stated and guide you through at least one method of self-hypnosis for your personal use.

This is an interactive session and I encourage you (insist) that you ask questions through the session and further develop your knowledge and understanding.

You also be invited to a follow up 1-1 with me to address any further queries and questions.

What is Trance?

Trance is a naturally occurring state and one that you have probably already experienced. Remember when you've made a regular journey and then can't remember parts of it? That's a light trance.

Will I Feel Relaxed?

Hypnosis isa natural state where you feel increasing levels of relaxation.

Will I Lose Control In Trance?

No. You are always in control and we cover this in more depth on the Master Class. I'll teach you how the mind works before we go into hypnosis. You'll soon realise how it's impossible for you to do anything against your will.

Will I Feel Hypnotised?

Since trance is a naturally occurring state, many people leave my sessions saying that light trance is just like feeling very relaxed.
