I’ve been using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy & Time Line Therapy ® for over 10 years to help many people create a better life.
That work has helped many people to be happier, confident, and overcome fears, such public speaking, heights, flying and driving tests!
Clients have overcome self limiting beliefs, anxiety, panic attacks, others have lost weight, quit smoking and with my help have taken control of their life?
Most of my clients experience significant change in two sessions with me and I’m here to help you get more of what you want and to be the person you wish to be.
Other clients have come for my help in starting and organising their business strategy and life.

Post pandemic, more and more people seek change because they want something different in their lives. They've decided now is the time to tackle the barriers that hold them back.
I'm often asked if I'm a coach, therapist or mentor. Well I'm all three and a trainer too. When I work with you 1-1 I'll use a number of tactics to support you and help you get the outcome you want.
Our sessions can be done either face to face or online so location is no barrier now.
